Building with a carbon budget should become the benchmark

The first building to receive the 'Paris Proof' stamp is in Leiden. NIBE calculated that BioPartner 5, scores 250 kg CO2 per m2.
With this score, BioPartner 5 stays within the Global Carbon Budget, the maximum amount of CO2 the world is allowed to emit to keep global warming below 1.5°C.
